Local news broadcaster TOLO news reported that the plane has crashed in Afghanistan’s remote region but the officials are working at the moment.

The unfortunate plane crash that has just occurred in Afghanistan is neither an Indian Scheduled Aircraft nor a Non Scheduled (NSOP)/Charter aircraft. It is a Moroccan registered small aircraft. More details are awaited.

Not An Indian Aircraft

Initially, media channels were quick to claim that the plane was an Indian passenger aircraft but the Indian authorities rebuked it as a fabricated claim.

“The unfortunate plane crash that has just occurred in Afghanistan is neither an Indian Scheduled Aircraft nor a Non-Scheduled (NSOP)/Charter aircraft,” Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation said.
