A prison inmate stabbed a police officer who killed George Floyd.
Derek Chauvin, a former police officer who killed George Floyd, a 46-year-old black American man, in 2020.
The health authorities said his condition was stable at the moment.
George Floyd’s Killer Stabbed
Mr Derek Chauvin was stabbed by a prison inmate inside the Federal Correctional Institution in Tucson, Arizona.
The cause of the stabbing is yet to be investigated as the media hasn’t shared any further details.
The Federal Institution didn’t share any details with the US media upon request.
Chauvin’s Health is Stable
Although Chauvin was injured seriously, the unnamed sources said he was fine and healthy.
Who could have thought of stabbing Chauvin remains a mystery at the moment, according to the media.
In 2022, Chauvi was sentenced to 21 years in prison for brutally murdering and violating Floyd’s civil rights.
